1. Discovery & Strategy

2. Design & Prototyping
Using tools like Miro, I create wireframes and user flow diagrams. This phase culminates in a Game Design Document (GDD) that serves as the blueprint for the entire project, ensuring a cohesive and effective user experience.
3. Development & Integration
I bring the design to life using a modern stack (Xano, WeWeb, HTML/CSS/JS). This is where I integrate advanced features like AI-powered personalization using APIs from OpenAI and Google Gemini.
4. Testing & Feedback
The application undergoes rigorous testing to ensure functionality and a seamless experience. I collect crucial feedback from teachers and students to identify areas for improvement and refinement.
5. Launch & Iteration
After a successful launch, the journey continues. I monitor performance and user engagement, using data and feedback to deploy continuous updates and optimizations, ensuring the game remains effective and enjoyable.
